Whitstable Wedding Photographer

One of my favourite wedding venues in Whitstable is The Beacon House. Situated right on the beachfront, it has breathtaking views and is the perfect venue for relaxed and intimate weddings. I have photographed a few weddings at The Beacon House, all have been completely unique and there's a sense that each couple makes the house and grounds very much their own. There's always a relaxed and comfortable vibe which I love, and Andrew and Kate's wedding earlier this year was no different.

Andrew and Kate stayed at The Beacon House for a week - a few days before and after their wedding so they really got to enjoy the comfort of the house and grounds and the amazing Whitstable sunsets! They both got ready separately at the house, so I was able to photograph everyone before the outdoor ceremony on the verandah. Their wedding had been postponed several times due to covid, so they had to adapt their plans along the way including lots of dress alterations because by the wedding day, Kate was only a few weeks away from giving birth to their second child! @delphine_couture_ did an amazing job with Kate's vintage dress so much so that it looked like it had always been a maternity wedding dress, and Kate looked incredible! @anna's country flowers created Kate's flower crown and all the flower arrangements.

These are just a few photos from Kate and Andrew's Whitstable wedding, but I think they give a flavour of the day which was filled with laughter. My highlights from the day were meeting their lovely guests, walking out onto 'the street' at low tide, capturing Kate and Andrew's couple photos and snapping away while everyone danced!
