Getting back to work after a lovely Christmas break was made much easier with the prospect of a cosy and relaxed newborn shoot at this lovely little family's home in Whitstable. We mainly photographed in the master bedroom and their baby's nursery, and made the most of the beautiful winter light streaming in from their windows. If you've ever wondered what an in-home newborn baby photo shoot looks like, this gallery will give you a good flavour. I work around the baby's needs, with frequent breaks for feeds and nappy changing. I capture things as they happen naturally and the baby's comfort always come first.
