Cake Smash Time!

What better way to celebrate a first birthday, than have a cake smash photo shoot!

Joshua was rather tentative to start with, I mean it's not everyday you have a massive cake presented to you on a cake stand and you're encouraged to get stuck in! It didn't take long before he got the idea and he really enjoyed tasting, smearing and squishing all that lovely icing!

I have a little studio at the back of my house here in Whitstable and love inviting clients in for studio sessions. Cake smash sessions might just be my favourites! I love capturing special milestones in such a fun way because these little people's personalities really shine through and you get THE best smiles and giggles.
